Staff invited to enroll in spring DevelopMe 2.0 cohort

The State and Grant Street Gateway at Purdue University.

Purdue has taken steps to enhance career coaching, mentoring and networking experiences, and opportunities for its staff through DevelopMe 2.0, a six-month, cohort-based career exploration program offered by Human Resources.

DevelopMe 2.0 participants will be matched with a career coach and a mentor and work directly with Human Resources to build and enhance their career development plan. Sessions are held virtually via Microsoft Teams and recorded for cohort members who cannot attend. DevelopMe 2.0 is available to employees at the West Lafayette campus with one or more years of service and successful performance.

Theresa Martin, now a senior organizational development specialist on Human Resources’ Leadership and Organizational Development team, enrolled in the program to gain leadership skills, narrow down her career goals and create a clearer picture of her path toward success at the university. Read more about her experience with the program in our Purdue Pursuits: DevelopMe 2.0 feature.

Employees interested in participating in the program should enroll online by April 1. View the 2024 DevelopMe 2.0 schedule for more details about upcoming sessions.
