Chelsea Clodfelder (Agricultural Communication Service): Kudos to Chelsea for organizing and executing a successful Spring Fest this year. In her first year, she was able to navigate the State Street Redevelopment Project, learn all the details that go into planning this huge event, participate in emergency scenario exercises, and do it all with a smile on her face.
