Appointments, honors and activities

• Faculty and staff honors:

- Richard Kuhn, the Trent and Judith Anderson Distinguished Professor in Science in the Department of Biological Sciences, will serve as editor-in-chief of Virology beginning Jan. 1. The journal is an open access, peer-reviewed publication that delves into all aspects of virology, including research on the viruses of animals, plants and microbes.

• Rankings:

- Two programs within the Krannert School of Management were ranked in the top 10 globally in the first business school ranking by The Wall Street Journal and Times Higher Education. Krannert was ranked ninth for its Master of Business Administration and seventh for its Master of Finance. More information is online.
