Purdue to host three-day hotel furniture liquidation sale

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. — With the upcoming Purdue Memorial Union Club hotel renovation, Purdue University Surplus will host a public, three-day furniture liquidation sale.

The sale will take place onsite at the hotel, 101 N. Grant Street, on June 8, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.; and June 10-11, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The sale will include furniture from nearly 200 hotel rooms with dressers, bed frames, televisions, miniature fridges, chairs, nightstands and lamps being offered, among other items.

Items must be paid for and removed the day of purchase, and cash, checks and all major debit and credit cards will be accepted as payment methods. Individuals are responsible for loading their merchandise. The east side of the Purdue Memorial Union will be used as a loading zone.

Paid hourly parking is available across the street in the Grant Street Parking Garage at all times. The nearby Wood Street Parking Garage is available free of charge on weekends or after 5 p.m. during the week.
