Explore global student opportunities during Fulbright Week 2025

Purdue University’s National and International Scholarships Office (NISO), embedded within the John Martinson Honors College, will host Fulbright Week 2025 from Feb. 17–20. The full schedule is available on the Fulbright Week webpage

This week aims to highlight the many opportunities available through the Fulbright U.S. Student Program. Faculty, staff and students are encouraged to attend a series of sessions focused on research, teaching and study abroad experiences.

Throughout the week, attendees will have the chance to connect with past Fulbright grantees, who will share insights into their international experiences. There will be specific sessions tailored for STEM faculty and students, offering guidance on navigating the Fulbright application process and identifying relevant opportunities abroad.

In addition to sessions for graduate students, the week will feature workshops for undergraduates, emphasizing how Fulbright can serve as a launching pad for global impact and career development. Purdue’s strong focus on interdisciplinary learning and global engagement makes this event especially valuable for those interested in expanding their academic and professional horizons.

The week will culminate with a virtual panel featuring alumni who have participated in the Fulbright program. These former grantees will discuss their experiences and provide valuable advice for prospective applicants.

Fulbright Week is an essential event for faculty and students interested in contributing to global issues through academic collaboration. Instructors are encouraged to share information and registration details with their students, which can be found on the Fulbright Week webpage.
