Olivia received a Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship (ETA) award to teach in North Macedonia. She brings a unique experience to the classroom as a cybersecurity professional. North Macedonia attracted her because of the strong security relationship between the U.S. and North Macedonia. While on Fulbright, she is also looking forward to exploring the country’s natural landscapes.

Olivia is committed to teaching communities how to discern truth among the web of misinformation and disinformation. In the classroom, she looks forward to passing on her adaptability and communication skills to her students. She will promote viewing situations from a variety of perspectives in order to create solutions using a global mindset. Through information exchange and increased cultural awareness, Olivia will utilize her experience teaching to prepare for a future in cybersecurity.
