N. Michigan Street lane closure scheduled as construction on Academic Success Building in Indianapolis begin
A westbound lane of W. Michigan Street, located between N. West and N. California streets, is set to close on or after April 14 as construction on the Academic Success Building in Indianapolis begins. The closure is expected to last through April 2027.
The two other westbound lanes and the eastbound lanes will remain open during this time.
Access to Sigma Theta Tau (STT) will be maintained from N. Blackford Street and the parking lot north of Gateway Garage. Access to the Gateway Garage will be maintained from N. Blackford Street. Parking in the lot located directly south of STT will be unavailable beginning on or after April 14 as construction fencing is scheduled to be installed.
Motorists, pedestrians and bicyclists should use caution in the area and obey all posted signs.
