Outdoor Services
Physical Facilities serves our customers on the West Lafayette campus in a variety of ways. As outlined below, a number of services are routinely performed on our campus grounds, while others can be requested on an as-needed basis by building occupants.
Outdoor Services Available by Request
Use the links below to request services. Contact your building deputy if you need assistance submitting a request through the Fix It service request portal.
- Address slip, trip and fall hazards
- Exterior building maintenance or repairs
- Initiate renovations or construction projects
- Pest control
- Reserve outdoor spaces
The following must be requested through a departmental funded Request For Services (RFS):
- Chair, table, podium and utility support for events
Routine Outdoor Services
- Exterior building maintenance
- Grounds maintenance and landscaping
- Raise and lower flags
- Recycling and trash removal
- Snow removal
- Utilities production and distribution
Critical and Time-Sensitive Outdoor Services
- Power outages
- Water leaks
