Joining Forces: Designing and Developing an Educational Virtual Reality Game to Teach Socio-Scientific Courses
Project Overview
This project aims to engage undergraduate students from a variety of disciplines in the
creation of an educational virtual reality game aimed at promoting awareness and prevention of human
trafficking. Within interdisciplinary teams, students will design the educational content, game dynamics,
and scaffolding. The Hub is particularly interested in learning from the challenges and successes the
instructors encounter while designing for and then supporting learners within the interdisciplinary team- based learning environment.
