Description: | The operation of electronic design automation (EDA) as applied in industry is introduced. Emphasis is placed on electronic circuit modeling concepts from initial circuit design through design layout of the circuit. Electronic packaging applications are utilized to study their influence on circuit design and electronic modeling principles. Computer-aided schematic entry, component modeling, circuit simulation and analysis, component layout techniques, routing techniques, and back-annotating principles are included. |
