Description: This course provides both the theoretical foundation and practical methods for performing effective negotiations, persuading, and managing conflict in real life situations. Participants will be able to increase their own knowledge of the field and will be able to improve the outcomes of their own negotiations for themselves and others. The participants will also be able to use their knowledge of conflict management to more effectively resolve interpersonal and inter-group conflicts, both from the perspective of a participant and a third-party.
