Description: | Continuing from the theory of flow cytometry, this course involves a practical application of the technology. Students are expected to be involved in a significant research project in which they will learn the practical operation of a flow cytometer and produce their own data. Aspects of quality control, adequate standards and references, and an understanding of data analysis are covered. Students must have a thorough understanding of theory of flow cytometry before beginning the course. |
