Description: The first of a two-course master's-level sequence focusing on the research process as it relates to HR decisions and activities in business organizations, designed for HR professionals. Objectives are to understand the scientific process, gain familiarity with common methods and techniques, comprehend and evaluate applications of research methods to HR management, and develop hands-on skills in using research methods to solve HR problems. Prerequisite: OBHR 63100 or 63300, MGMT 67000 or 67100.
