Short Title: Women & Leadership
Description: This course is designed to expose advanced undergraduate students to the topic of women leaders. The first half of the class will cover the social and historical perspective of women in leadership and second half of the course will cover practical skills that women leaders can use to develop their leadership skills. This class will be team taught and the course will largely be based on class discussion. The readings will consist of articles from various publications, including the Harvard Business Review and The Wall Street Journal in order to expose students to important publication that business leaders often read regularly. Assignments will include a research paper, a book review, and leading class discussion.
