Description: A study of the physics of light and its interactions with objects as these topics apply to the production of computer generated images. The course will investigate light and color through observation and the use of 3D graphics programs. In particular how light interacts with surfaces and how we see will be explored in order to understand how to make graphic images that appear true to life.
