Description: | Under the supervision of an engineering faculty member, upperclassmen enrolled in the Schools of Engineering will lead engineering freshmen to a successful career at Purdue University by serving as group leaders in ENGR 104. Student leaders will serve as advisors/teachers in classes with approximately 20 freshmen. Leaders will be required to complete a final report consisting of an evaluation of ENGR 104 and a self-evaluation of their performance and growth resulting from the teaching experience. The faculty member will provide common instruction on group facilitation and content to the student leaders. |
