Carryout Lunch Order Form

An online form MUST be completed to request carryout lunches. No phone or email orders will be accepted. This order form opens on May 15.

For those employees still hard at work on the job, carryout orders may be requested. A minimum of 5 orders is required. Carryout orders will be available at back dock of Meredith Hall on May 25 after you complete an online order form. (see below)

Orders will be taken during the week of May 15-19 only. All orders must be made by 5pm on May 19.
