Effective 9/13/2024 the Proposal Information Portal (PIP) should no longer to be used to initiate a proposal with Pre-Award unless specifically requested for a proposal due prior to October 11, 2024. The PIP is being replaced by the Purdue Excellence in Research Administration system (PERA) October 2024.
