Resources on this page include video “shorts” that provide a quick reference resource for basic tasks frequently completed by Finance Account Management staff.  Check this site frequently as new Finance Task videos are in development!

The PERA Finance Super Users have created a variety of training resources specific to the Finance account management team.  Additional training resources created and maintained by the Office of Research can be found on the PERA Training website.

Budget Allocation I

Course Description: Provides guidance on the budget allocation tool along with instructions and best practices.  Will include foundational information as well as “tips and tricks” for best use of the tool. 

Audience: All business management staff with account management responsibilities are required to take this course.

Course Description: Builds on Budget Allocation I with additional details about the budget allocation tool and other award processes.
