Our three packages are tailored to allow for customization to better meet your specific needs.

Old Gold and Black Package
  • Facilitate the online registration process using Blackthorn software

Big Bass Drum Package
  • Facilitate the online registration process using Blackthorn software
  • Process registration payments for your event
  • Provide attendee reports leading up to the event
  • Develop program and manage speaker arrangements
  • Lead creation and distribution of marketing materials
  • Manage finances and budget
  • Coordinate vendors and external services
Boilermaker Special Package
  • Facilitate the online registration process using Blackthorn software
  • Process registration payments for your event

  • On-site coordination and execution of your event


What is the cost associated with your services?

Old Gold and Black
$100 per event registration setup plus $1 per registrant. If you would like your name badges pre-printed by our office, separate fees may be applied to your final budget.

Big Bass Drum and Boilermaker Special
Minimum $750 per event or a percentage (see below) of the overall event budget will be charged, whichever is higher. If on-site coordination is needed, a fee of $30 per hour/per staff member will be incurred.

15% (University Development)
25% (University Partners)
30% (outside of Purdue)

Credit Card Transactions
A 3% processing fee on credit cards will be charged back to your final budget. Other fees may apply.

FAQs


Are we able to use Office of Special Events supplies?
Yes, your cost will include the use of any office supplies, signage, and décor that is currently housed in our inventory. Should your event require anything in addition to our standard inventory, those items will be reflected in your overall event budget.

Do you travel?
Our staff is happy to travel off campus to produce your event. Please note that all costs for staff travel will be included in the overall event budget.

Can you help organize our conference or job fairs?
Our efforts focus on celebrations, such as award ceremonies and anniversary events. For help organizing conferences or job fairs, we recommend contacting Purdue Conferences or the Center for Career Opportunities.

I don’t see a package that works for me. What are my options?
That’s okay! We would be happy to discuss a custom package for your event needs at our initial consultation meeting.
