Project License Restriction Experiences Study Program Margo Katherine Wilke Undergraduate Research Internship Program Term Spring 2024 Status Accepted Research Area law & society Description The proposed research will explore the causes and effects of restrictions on legal driving privileges. Specifically, it will address the following research questions: “What factors lead to license restrictions?” and “How do license restrictions affect people?” To answer these questions, we will conduct semi-structured interviews with people who have experienced license restrictions and attorneys who have worked on these types of cases.
