Before the team takes the field and the referee calls for kickoff, Purdue staff members play their part in making football games successful. Each Friday before a home game, as Ross-Ade Stadium waits to come alive with cheering Boilermakers, a staff member who is integral to game day will be featured in Purdue Today's Game Starters series. Workshops offered for faculty considering course redesign

Two workshops, Oct. 20 and 27, remain in a series aimed at faculty members interested in Purdue's IMPACT program, an effort to redesign courses using research findings on sound student-centered teaching and learning practices, with the goal of improving student course completion rates, retention and success. FBI agents to address cyber priorities during Cybersecurity Awareness Month

ITaP will host its sixth annual celebration of National Cybersecurity Awareness Month in October, during which FBI agents will discuss the cyber threats they deal with daily. The event, which is is free and open to the public, will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Oct. 20 in Fowler Hall at Stewart Center. Read more...

Soccer team to wear red, white and blue; military and ROTC members get in free

For its annual special jerseys benefit game, Purdue women's soccer will be donning red, white and blue uniforms Sunday for a 1 p.m. kickoff against Ohio State. All military and ROTC members with valid identification will receive free admission. Read more...
