While reviewing medical plan options for 2013, employees are urged to give the Choice Fund with HSA thorough consideration. More than 1,900 employees have been participating in this medical plan in 2012.

The Academic Progress and Records Committee is holding two town hall meetings in November to gather feedback on a proposed change to Purdue's regulations and procedures regarding academic probation and dropping of students for scholastic deficiency.
The Purdue Student Union Board will present its Veterans Day tribute at 11 a.m. today (Nov. 9) in Purdue Memorial Union's Great Hall. The tribute will include presentation of the colors by the Tri-service Color Guard, the Pledge of Allegiance, the national anthem and songs sung by the Purduettes, three speeches by local veterans, a table of remembrance, a moment of silence and three memorial volleys to end the event.
Purdue will celebrate its faculty on Nov. 24 with Faculty Appreciation Day in conjunction with the Old Oaken Bucket football game against Indiana University.

Purdue will open its 115th season of men's basketball today when it hosts Bucknell in the first game of the West Lafayette Regional of the 2K Sports Classic benefitting Wounded Warrior Project.
The Purdue wrestling team will open its 2012-13 home schedule on Saturday, hosting No. 7 Missouri and No. 23 Old Dominion for dual matches in Holloway Gymnasium.
