The total sets the record — for the third consecutive year — for most dollars raised for higher education through a single-day campaign. In photos: Harvest day at the Purdue Student Farm greenhouseAn early spring harvest is happening at the College of Agriculture greenhouses where the Purdue Student Farm workers try to keep up with demand, harvesting nearly 23 pounds of microgreens in one week. The microgreens and hydroponically grown lettuce and basil crops are part of an early season greenhouse crop that is harvested each Wednesday morning by a group of students interested in learning about agriculture by working on the student farm.
