Faculty, staff and students are eligible for discounts on devices with Apple and Dell through partnerships with Purdue Information Technology. In addition, discounts are also available for additional software and mobile service plans.

Purdue Veterinary Medicine and Butterfly Network collaborate to advance ultrasound education

A new generation of ultrasound capability has arrived at Purdue's College of Veterinary Medicine. The college has begun integrating the use of Butterfly iQ+ Vet – the world's only single probe, whole-body, multispecies imaging system – into the first year of the DVM program as well as the Veterinary Nursing program.

Using cancer cells as logic gates to determine what makes them move

Cancer cells migrate through the body for multiple reasons. So how do you determine which cells are moving and why? Purdue researchers have reverse-engineered a cellular signal processing system and used it like a logic gate – a simple computer – to better understand what causes specific cells to migrate.
