Bringing Our Best

Thumbs Up: Lynné Colbert

Lynné Colbert (Libraries) went above and beyond in the Interlibrary Loan Office to help me solve a problem I had with the digital files that we were provided by an external service. I flagged a minor issue to her office, and within a few minutes she not only responded with advice on how to avoid the problem in the future, but she also edited the file so it was much more useful to me. The extra editing was above and beyond and was incredibly helpful. – Ryan Ickert (Earth, Atmospheric, and Planetary Science)
