Thank you to Jim “Bo” Smith and Steve Robinson (both Operations and Maintenance), who happened to be onsite taking care of a work order or two when we had another, more immediate task come up. They were able to reprioritize the work orders and successfully accomplish both. I know this is a very busy time on campus for all the trades, so we really want to express how appreciative we are of your time and efforts. — Michael Humphrey (Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr. School of Business)
