Purdue researchers are using mass spectrometry, a century-old analytical technique performed by experts in a laboratory, to monitor and analyze patterns of molecules in real-time, point-of-care applications in industrial and agricultural settings by nonexpert users. The patent-pending technology also has applications in health care, pharmaceutical and other sectors.
The Purdue Research Foundation has received Duke Energy’s 2023 Power Partner Award. PRF was one of eight organizations in the U.S. to receive the award, which honors businesses and other organizations that have demonstrated excellence in sustainability, safety, service and problem-solving. A symphony of acrobatics, sound and light: Circa, the next-level Australian circus company, will return to Purdue on Saturday (Oct. 28) after a successful 2018 engagement. For nearly 20 years, Circa has been entertaining audiences with acrobatics. In Circa’s new show, Humans 2.0, performers climb and catch each other during a series of stunts.
On Saturday (Oct. 21), more than 2,200 Purdue Global graduates from all over the world celebrated their accomplishments in ceremonies on campus and online.
