The Horseman's Forum at Purdue

The purpose of the Horseman's Forum is to educate horse owners and equine industry professionals about current horse health issues, ranging from basic preventive health care and husbandry topics to state-of-the-art medical advancements. The Horseman's Forum will be presented as a one-day seminar where questions and open discussions will be encouraged. Presenters will include Purdue faculty and staff as well as invited speakers. Come and share your passion for horses with Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine!

2020 Horseman’s Forum topics include: tendon and ligament injuries, headshaking, equine asthma, colic, and trailering.  Afternoon demonstrations during the program are: dental health, bandaging, lameness locator, and treadmill with endoscopy.  CE will be available.
