Project Management introduces the critical principles and processes associated with project management and the practical application of these processes. The course is aligned with the PMBOK® Guide to prepare students to take the PMP® exam. Topics covered include explaining and applying the basic terminology, tools, and techniques generally recognized as good practices by project management professionals
