Expert on presidential, political communication

Josh Scacco is an assistant professor in the Brian Lamb School of Communication who specializes in political communication. Scacco, who also holds a courtesy appointment in the Department of Political Science, studies the communicative role elites and organizations play in American politics. He can talk about media and politics, online news, social media and politics, and political and civic engagement, as well as how emerging communication technologies influence established agents in American political life, including news organizations and the presidency.
