Business Partner Number (BPN) for External Lab

Please note: The Business Partner Number (BPN) is added at the Institutional level when the institution/organization already has a lab. List of BPN’s currently in iLab can be requested from ilabhelp@purdue.edu.
Determine if a BPN currently exists for the external customer:
- Go to one.purdue.edu, then select the Finance Launchpad.
- Login using Boilerkey.
- Choose SAP GUI Launcher (top left tile).
- Search current BPNs using the SAP T-Code “BP” – Maintain Business Partner.
Create a new BPN:
- Complete this form, then email it to EOBOC at procureeo@purdue.edu. Once it has been created, EOBOC will notify you of the BPN.
Request iLab Help Desk to attach the new BPN to the external lab:
- Send the following information in an email to ilabhelp@purdue.edu:
  - Name of external customer’s lab (PI and institution)
  - Full BPN
  - Do they receive a welcome email to set up an account? (Yes/No)
