Accelerate to Industry (A2i) is a career development program designed to transition highly skilled graduate students and postdoctoral scholars from academia to industry. Participants in this program will work directly with leading industry partners to explore job search strategies, develop transferable skills, network with professionals, and engage in exclusive recruitment opportunities. The goal of this program is to equip Boilermakers with the skills necessary to land coveted industry positions and solve today’s toughest industry challenges.
