Master's Degree Program Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree in:
    • construction management, civil engineering, or a closely related field from an accredited university
  • Cumulative Grade Point Average from most recently conferred undergraduate, graduate, or professional degree:
    • 3.0 or equivalent (A=4.0)
  • Minimum of two years of experience in the construction industry (required for online masters program only)
