English Proficiency Requirements 


  • The following English proficiency minimum scores are required by this program for the tests listed below. TOEFL:The minimum Internet-Based Test (iBT) scores required for admission are the following:

  • Reading: 19
  • Listening: 14
  • Speaking: 18
  • Writing: 18 (OGSPS requirement; ECE requires a score of 22 or higher*)
  • Total: 80

IELTS: An overall band score of 6.5 is required for admission with the following minimum section requirements:

  • Listening: 6.0
  • Speaking: 6.0
  • Writing: 5.5 (OGSPS requirement; ECE requires a score of 6 or higher*)
