We are excited to announce that our annual Cancer Research Day will now be taking place in the fall semesters! The next Cancer Research Day will be held on October 4, 2024, in the PMU Ballrooms.

Forest White will join us as our keynote speaker. White is a professor in the Biological Engineering Department at MIT, a member of the Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research at MIT, and a member of the MIT Center for Precision Cancer Medicine. His research focuses on high-resolution, quantitative characterization of intracellular proteome dynamics that regulate both normal and pathophysiological processes, with the ultimate goal of defining novel therapeutic targets and therapeutic combinations, advancing the field of cancer research.

Cancer Research Day will also feature a trainee poster presentation session as well as trainee speaker presentations. To participate in the poster presentation, trainees must submit their abstracts by September 16th. Three trainee speakers will be chosen from the abstract submissions.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided. We look forward to seeing you there!
