The Women's Global Health Institute (WGHI) will hold its 2022 Women's Health Symposium on Oct 31. This year's symposium features a keynote speaker of Dr. Joshua Rosenthal, Fogarty International Center at NIH, on climate change and human health, including women's health. In addition, two WGHI-supported Purdue faculty members will present their work on the interplay of sex steroids and the gut microbiome, as well as motion as a tumor suppressor.
The symposium will start with a poster session with a graduate student poster competition. Lunch will be provided.
Poster Session: 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM EDT at STEW 302 (including Purdue graduate student poster competition with monetary awards). The deadline for poster submission is Sept 25.
Symposium Talks: 1:30 - 3:30 PM EDT at STEW 310
