FDSS µCell is a whole plate imager that measures fluorescence or luminescence from all wells of microplate continuously and simultaneously with built-in 96/384 channel liquid handling robotics. It is particularly powerful when monitoring fast kinetic assays in a high throughput manor, such as functional screening for GPCR, ion channel, stem cells based, and fast kinetic enzymatic assays. This system can be equipped with a 96-channel electrode array for electric field stimulations (EFS) to pace cardiomyocytes or stimulate human iPSC derived neurons for drug discovery and toxicity studies. |
