Vibha Viswanathan (PhD candidate) received a 3-year Research Fellowship Award (F-31) from the National Institute On Deafness And Other Communication Disorders (NIDCD) of the NIH.
The title of her project is "Neurophysiological Mechanisms of Speech Intelligibility in Noise - A Quantitative Framework."
Her faculty mentor is Professor Michael Heinz, and her faculty Co-Sponsor is Professor Barbara Shinn-Cunningham (Carnegie Mellon University).
