Purdue University is committed to providing a safe and secure campus environment for members of the University community. Purdue strives to create an educational environment for students and a work environment for employees that promote educational and career goals.

Violent Behavior Policy (IV.A.3)

Violent Behavior impedes such goals and is prohibited in or on any University Facility or while participating in any University activity. The complete policy can be found in the violent behavior policy under Facilities and Safety Policies.

Harassment in the Workplace

Purdue is also committed to maintaining the campus as a place of work and study for faculty, staff and students free from all forms of harassment. Harassment in the workplace or the educational environment is unacceptable conduct and will not be tolerated. (See Executive Memorandum No. C-33).
