Hosted by the Purdue Office of Engagement, Build Your Boilermaker Pipeline is a daylong strategy session supporting Indiana employers who seek to access the Purdue talent pipeline and are recruiting amidst global competition. Join us now to learn how to engage your company with students early and establish your campus presence — while there’s still time to be among the first to make your mark on Purdue’s first comprehensive, urban campus and beyond. This event is a great way to connect and network face-to-face with key Purdue faculty and staff.
Doors open at 9:00 a.m. with optional continental breakfast and networking. Event concludes with a networking reception from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Our guests are typically business owners, executives, recruiters and hiring managers, internship/co-op coordinators, technical leads, and project and program managers with ongoing Purdue innovation and/or recruitment needs in STEM and business disciplines.
Build Your Boilermaker Pipeline is hosted by Julie Rigrish, Southern Indiana Office of Engagement, and Virginia Vought, Central Indiana Office of Engagement, with the help of partners across Purdue. This program is a brain gain/retain effort, building bridges between Indiana-based employers and the pipeline of Purdue-trained talent, for a thriving Indiana.
The Purdue Office of Engagement fosters reciprocal relationships with external partners, leveraging university resources in teaching, research and engagement to solve societal challenges.
