Overview

SuccessFactors, combined with a dedicated HR reporting team and the HR business partners, can create and review dashboards to help units take a deeper dive into things like head count, turnover rates and more. A unit’s HR business partner and the talent team (comprising compensation and talent acquisition) will review the unit’s data and highlight trends for leadership. This conversation will start discussions about what actions are needed and how the HR team can help.

Purpose

Develop action plans to address future needs by assisting unit leadership with employee data analysis and trends.

Roll-out plan

This project is rolled out in waves, with the first wave initiated in October 2023 and then prioritizing units that have the most need/interest.
