Form I-9 Documentation Questions

Please contact your local Employment (Payroll) Center to schedule your I-9 Verifier appointment. If their scheduling is already booked, you can contact another Center. Please review Onboarding For New Hires or the List of Acceptable Documents to validate you have the appropriate documentation to bring to the appointment.

Rehire Questions

Yes. In the event that you are rehired, you will have to provide proof of documentation before the hiring process begins. You will not be eligible for rehire for six months if you do not complete the Form I-9 again.
