Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh fruit
  • 1/2 cup plain, low-fat or non-fat yogurt
  • 3/4 cup UHT milk

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
    *If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, try using a sugar-free sweetener.
