Newsletters are published online and sent to our list serve every other month (6 per year). Topics are relevant to issues facing food pantry staff and clients. The purpose is to provide nutrition and food safety information to staff and volunteers of emergency feeding programs in order to provide clients with the safest, most nutritious food possible. The newsletter is written by Purdue undergraduate students and edited by IEFRN staff and director.
