Ham and Pasta Salad
Yield: 6 servings
Serving size: 1 cup
Ingredients:
- 2 cups macaroni, uncooked
- 4 Tbsp light mayonnaise
- 1 small onion
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 6 oz (about 1 cup) frozen ham, thawed and chopped
Directions:
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Rinse with cold water until macaroni is cool.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
