Roast Beef
Ingredients:
- 3 lbs Beef Roast
- Flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder (optional)
Directions:
- Put Meat in pan and rub with flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place in hot oven, around 500°F and brown the meat. When browned, reduce to about 350°F.
- Cook for about 45 minutes to one hour.
- Be sure to baste frequently with the natural juices in the pan.
