Spunky Vegetable Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 pizza crust (large)
  • 2 cups Spring mix lettuce or spinach
  • 1 cup carrot (shredded or chopped)
  • 1/2 cup red or green bell pepper (diced)
  • 5 ounces mozzarella cheese, low-fat (shredded)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F
  2. Spoon tomato sauce on pizza crust.
  3. Put pizza shell on a cookie sheet. Arrange vegetables over sauce. Sprinkle on the cheese.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. When baked, cool pizza for 3 minutes before slicing. Cut into 8 wedges.
