Turkey Roast and Rice Soup

Serving size: 1 cup
Ingredients:
- 1 cup turkey roast, chopped
- 4 cups water
- 4 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 Tbsp margarine
- 4 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup rice, uncooked
- 1 can green beans, drained
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 chicken boullion cube
- 1 onion, chopped
Directions:
- In a large pot, over high heat, add the turkey roast, celery, carrots, onion, bouillon cube, black pepper, and 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Add cooked rice and green beans into the soup and stir.
- Cook for 5 more minutes and serve warm.
