Banana-Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup 100% orange juice
  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat or fat-free yogurt
  • 1/3 cup low-fat or fat-free milk

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients well in a blender, and enjoy!
